| | Dragonfly Life, I patiently adore you through me, touch this petal for you— find here more than beauty out of reach Though I can't help but notice this turquoise dragonfly— upside down, not moving at my feet Thanks for fields of poppies that I run through, eyes closed tightly touching all their hearts with fingertips
But I can not, not question ever trust again their fragrance when my wonder rises high and spirit dips Oh, I'm not afraid to die for I know that dragonflies lively pattern can't just be all gone
Nor am I opposed to living like that fragile flower giving more than four petals or wings depended on As I lingered open minded way within, no longer blinded like when glare disguises softness of the sun
